In our film trailer, we didn't include very many characters as our film doesn't contain that many characters in general, but each character had there own specific costume which gave a better representation of there character and whether they were the main characters or less important characters, the costume that they were wearing was worn for a certain reason. For instance:
- The main character which was played by two people who was Oliver Butler and Thomas Payne as they both play someone with a split personality. There costume was all black clothing which was done for two reason, such as it gave the character that Oliver played a more mysterious and unknown personality, whereas the all black clothing that Thomas worn for the character that he played gave that character a better representation of that characters evil side.
- The other main character which was the detective in our film who was played by henry Vaudin. This character was the protagonist of the film, who was trying to work out, who is killing everyone, which means that this character has to be clever and informative. So to give Henry's character a clever and informative persona, the costume that he wore was all smart clothing to represent that he is a smart person. We gained the idea of this character from the film Se7en, as there was two characters played by Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman who play the two protagonists who were undercover cops.
- The other two characters that were involved in our film trailer were two characters who played victims of murder and torture, performed by the evil personality. These two character were important to our trailer but aren't important characters to our film and were simply innocent people who were unlucky enough to get involved with the evil split personality character. To show the two characters innocent personalities we decided to lets them wear there normally clothing, which represented there innocence and how they are unaware of what exactly is happening or what has happened to them.
