Communication with others

When it came to the communication with other people involved with there were a variety of different ways, that we communicated with different people. For instance, the first thing we had to do before we started filming was to collect the camera and tripod and the only way we could get hold of the equipment is by signing this form stating who will be looking after the equipment, the phone number of the person looking after the equipment and that same persons signature.

For when it came to communicating about the actually filming which involved talking about what we were planning on filming, where we were going to film, who was going to be involved in the film and what times we were planning on film. When it came to communicating about these different  aspects we either spoke to each other in person or our main way of communicating was by talking in our Facebook messenger chat which is shown in the screenshot pictures below.
